At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2016, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 0.0% compared to 2015, reaching 9.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 17.5%.

Czechia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 1.0% (from 9.8% in 2011).
