At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2025, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 1.2% compared to 2024, reaching 8.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.3%.

Czechia ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 42.9% (from 14.7% in 2020).
