At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2014, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 11.7% compared to 2013, reaching 10.5%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 17.7%.

Czechia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 10.5% (from 9.5% in 2009).
