At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2024, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 8.6% compared to 2023, reaching 10.6%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.9%.

Czechia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 12.4% (from 12.1% in 2019).
