At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2014, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 15.6% compared to 2013, reaching 8.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.8%.

Czechia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 18.7% (from 7.5% in 2009).
