Life expectancy by age and sex

In 1987, Czechia's life expectancy by age and sex increased by 0.6% compared to 1986, reaching 67.9.

Czechia ranks 16th out of 21 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.9% (from 67.3 in 1982).
