Gender gap in part-time employment

In 2021, Czechia's gender gap in part-time employment decreased by 7.8% compared to 2020, reaching 7.10.

Czechia accounts for 34.5% of the EU-27 total of 20.6.

Czechia ranks 16th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 6.6% (from 7.60 in 2016).
