At-risk-of poverty rate for children (aged less than 18) by sex

In 2010, Czechia's at-risk-of poverty rate for children (aged less than 18) by sex increased by 7.5% compared to 2009, reaching 42.9.

Czechia accounts for 67.8% of the EU-27 total of 63.3.

Czechia ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 18.7% (from 52.8 in 2005).
