Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2025, Czechia's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.2% compared to 2024, reaching 88.8%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 88.1%.

Czechia ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.7% (from 85.6% in 2020).
