Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2024, Czechia's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.8% compared to 2023, reaching 88.6%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 87.8%.

Czechia ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.3% (from 86.6% in 2019).
