Distribution of population by household types - EU-SILC survey

In 2021, Czechia's distribution of population by household types increased by 1.6% compared to 2020, reaching 12.8.

Czechia accounts for 83.1% of the EU-27 total of 15.4.

Czechia ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.6% (from 11.9 in 2016).
