Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2019, Czechia's unemployment by sex and age decreased by 9.1% compared to 2018, reaching 2.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 6.8%.

Czechia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 67.2% (from 6.1% in 2014).
