At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2018, Denmark's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 10.0% compared to 2017, reaching 11.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.6%.

Denmark ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 20.9% (from 9.1% in 2013).
