In 2014, Denmark's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 51.2% compared to 2013, reaching 62.

Denmark ranks 19th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 10.7% (from 56 in 2009).
