Population structure indicators at national level

In 2023, Denmark's population structure indicators at national level decreased by 0.2% compared to 2022, reaching 42.2.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 44.5.

Denmark ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.0% (from 41.8 in 2018).
