At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2010, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 19.8% compared to 2009, reaching 15.8%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.5%.

Estonia ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 13.7% (from 18.3% in 2005).
