At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2009, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 6.1% compared to 2008, reaching 17.5%.

Estonia ranks 7th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 10.3% (from 19.5% in 2004).
