Inability to keep home adequately warm

In 2025, Estonia's inability to keep home adequately warm decreased by 13.9% compared to 2024, reaching 3.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 8.8%.

Estonia ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 14.8% (from 2.7% in 2020).
