Population on 1 January by age and sex

In 1969, Estonia's population on 1 january by age and sex increased by 0.8% compared to 1968, reaching 727,568.

Estonia ranks 18th out of 20 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.9% (from 700,330 in 1964).
