Gender gap in part-time employment

In 2020, Estonia's gender gap in part-time employment increased by 1.2% compared to 2019, reaching 8.10.

Estonia accounts for 38.6% of the EU-27 total of 21.0.

Estonia ranks 14th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.0% (from 7.30 in 2015).
