In 2024, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate of older people by sex decreased by 15.8% compared to 2023, reaching 39.4.

Estonia accounts for 237.3% of the EU-27 total of 16.6.

Estonia ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 9.8% (from 43.7 in 2019).
