Income inequality for older people - EU-SILC survey

In 2025, Estonia's income inequality for older people decreased by 0.8% compared to 2024, reaching 7.32.

Estonia accounts for 88.8% of the EU-27 total of 8.24.

Estonia ranks 19th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 4.4% (from 7.66 in 2020).
