Income inequality for older people - EU-SILC survey

In 2025, Latvia's income inequality for older people increased by 7.9% compared to 2024, reaching 11.2.

Latvia accounts for 135.9% of the EU-27 total of 8.24.

Latvia ranks 1st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 10.2% (from 10.2 in 2020).
