At-risk-of-poverty threshold - EU-SILC survey

In 2025, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty threshold increased by 4.0% compared to 2024, reaching 20,576.

Estonia ranks 19th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 19.6% (from 17,198 in 2020).
