At-risk-of-poverty threshold - EU-SILC survey

In 2024, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty threshold increased by 6.4% compared to 2023, reaching 19,778.

Estonia ranks 18th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 15.7% (from 17,088 in 2019).
