In 2016, European Union (27)'s share of total population living in a dwelling with a leaking roof, damp walls, floors or foundation, or rot in window frames of floor decreased by 0.7% compared to 2015, reaching 15.2.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 1.9% (from 15.5 in 2011).
