In 2017, European Union (27)'s share of total population living in a dwelling with a leaking roof, damp walls, floors or foundation, or rot in window frames of floor decreased by 13.8% compared to 2016, reaching 13.1.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 11.5% (from 14.8 in 2012).
