In 2019, European Union (27)'s share of total population living in a dwelling with a leaking roof, damp walls, floors or foundation, or rot in window frames of floor decreased by 6.6% compared to 2018, reaching 12.7.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 18.6% (from 15.6 in 2014).
