In 2018, European Union (27)'s share of total population living in a dwelling with a leaking roof, damp walls, floors or foundation, or rot in window frames of floor increased by 3.8% compared to 2017, reaching 13.6.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 12.8% (from 15.6 in 2013).
