At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2017, Finland's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 9.7% compared to 2016, reaching 10.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 20.0%.

Finland ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 8.1% (from 11.1% in 2012).
