Population structure indicators at national level

In 2021, Finland's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.5% compared to 2020, reaching 43.3.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 44.2.

Finland ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.9% (from 42.5 in 2016).
