Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2022, Finland's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.9% compared to 2021, reaching 88.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 87.4%.

Finland ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.4% (from 84.5% in 2017).
