Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2021, Finland's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 1.2% compared to 2020, reaching 87.4%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 86.5%.

Finland ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.3% (from 83.0% in 2016).
