In 2018, Finland's share of total population living in a dwelling with a leaking roof, damp walls, floors or foundation, or rot in window frames of floor increased by 9.5% compared to 2017, reaching 4.60.

Finland ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 11.5% (from 5.20 in 2013).
