Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2006, France's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 2.8% compared to 2005, reaching 26.1%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 21.9%.

France ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 15.5% (from 22.6% in 2001).
