Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2010, France's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.1% compared to 2009, reaching 83.6%.

The figure is in line with the EU-27 average of 83.6%.

France ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.8% (from 82.9% in 2005).
