In 2025, France's at-risk-of-poverty threshold increased by 2.5% compared to 2024, reaching 28,550.

France ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 21.9% (from 23,422 in 2020).
