Population structure indicators at national level

In 2014, Germany's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.4% compared to 2013, reaching 45.6.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 42.5.

Germany ranks 1st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.3% (from 43.7 in 2009).
