At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2016, Greece's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 1.1% compared to 2015, reaching 26.3%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 21.4%.

Greece ranks 5th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.0% (from 23.7% in 2011).
