At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2016, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 11.4% compared to 2015, reaching 25.6%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 21.4%.

Lithuania ranks 6th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.6% (from 25.2% in 2011).
