Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2008, Greece's main national accounts tax aggregates decreased by 0.8% compared to 2007, reaching 12.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 12.9%.

Greece ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.6% (from 12.5% in 2003).
