In 2023, Greece's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 5.6% compared to 2022, reaching 13,432.

Greece ranks 13th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 23.8% (from 17,626 in 2018).
