In 2022, Greece's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 6.4% compared to 2021, reaching 14,224.

Greece ranks 13th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 27.4% (from 19,593 in 2017).
