At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2007, Hungary's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 22.6% compared to 2006, reaching 12.3%.

Hungary ranks 19th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 23.0% (from 10.0% in 2002).
