At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2006, Hungary's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 17.8% compared to 2005, reaching 15.9%.

Hungary ranks 11th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 44.5% (from 11.0% in 2001).
