Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2021, Hungary's main national accounts tax aggregates decreased by 15.2% compared to 2020, reaching 5.6%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 13.1%.

Hungary ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 22.2% (from 7.2% in 2016).
