Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2024, Hungary's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 2.7% compared to 2023, reaching 7.6%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 13.2%.

Hungary ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 16.9% (from 6.5% in 2019).
