Inability to keep home adequately warm

In 2024, Hungary's inability to keep home adequately warm decreased by 15.5% compared to 2023, reaching 6.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 9.2%.

Hungary ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.1% (from 5.4% in 2019).
