Inability to keep home adequately warm

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 9.2%.

Croatia ranks 19th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 30.3% (from 6.6% in 2019).
