Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2008, Hungary's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 0.3% compared to 2007, reaching 39.3%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 39.4%.

Hungary ranks 8th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.1% (from 37.4% in 2003).
